John O’Malley joined OpenLink as CEO in December 2015.

John brings with him over 30 years of experience in various financial technology and software companies and a track record of success. Most recently, John was an Operating Partner for Thoma Bravo after being hired as CEO of Digital Insight, a portfolio company that was acquired by NCR.

Previously, John was CEO of Panini, a global provider of payment related technology, and CEO of Memento, a leader in enterprise fraud detection software. Prior to that, John was the CEO of Harland Financial Solutions, where over a nine-year period, he led its growth from a small subsidiary to one of the leading providers of financial technology in North America. In prior roles, Mr. O’Malley has led global financial services and technology companies in treasury/capital markets, retail banking, payment processing, global finance and guidance systems in companies such as Fiserv, Hogan Systems (now part of Computer Science Corp), Lockheed Martin and J.H. Harland Company (now part of MacAndrews & Forbes).

Mr. O’Malley has deep experience in technology, software product management and professional services. Over the past 20 years, he has led companies that have delivered technology-based solutions to thousands of customers globally across a variety of industries.

Mr. O’Malley has served as an advisor to Stanford University and has served as a Board Member at Travel Click, iPipeline, D&H, Netzee, and the Alcoholism Council of New York, a non-profit organization.

 

CRAIG BENNETT

For the past 25 years Craig Bennett has been involved in the sale, implementation and support of technology solutions covering Treasury Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Risk Management, Retail Payments and Corporate Banking.

Since 1992 he has been based in Asia Pacific working with an extensive range of clients including international, regional and domestic banks as well as government and semi-government institutions.

Before joining OpenLink, Craig has held various General Management and senior sales roles at SunGard, Misys and Thomson Reuters building high performing sales and services delivery teams.

Craig graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce focused on marketing and general management.

BERNARD DELAHAYE

BERNARD DELAHAYE

Senior Vice President, Sales EMEA

Bernard Delahaye joined OpenLink as Senior Vice President, Sales EMEA, in June 2016. Bernard is an international business executive with 30 years of experience in EMEA sales and general management, and an extensive track record of expanding business activities of leading technology companies into the financial services industry in areas such as core banking, wealth management, trading systems, risk and compliance, BPO and payment systems.

Most recently, Bernard was a sales and business development leader for EMEA at FIS, leading the sales organization and client management teams to grow license and services sales across all banking and electronic payment business lines.

Prior to this, he held an executive leadership role with Temenos, turning round the Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa region and leading strategic market initiatives. Bernard’s early career was in core banking, trading systems and electronic payment solutions with a focus on sales growth and general management of the EMEA region for companies such as Misys, Verifone, and ACI Worldwide.

Bernard has a Business Management and Computer Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Prescott in Arizona, and completed his executive MBA at INSEAD graduate business school.

Andrew (Andy) Goodman joined OpenLink as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in September 2014.

An accomplished Human Resources professional, Mr. Goodman most recently headed HR at E*Trade Financial Corporation where he enabled the execution of business strategy through talent management and employee programs. Prior to that, he was CHRO at CA Technologies (formerly Computer Associates). Before joining CA, he worked as a senior HR executive at Merrill Lynch, Bankers Trust, and Ernst & Young and started his HR career at GE.

Mr. Goodman received a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from State University of New York at Stony Brook.

RICH GROSSI

RICH GROSSI

Executive Vice President, Product and Engineering

Rich Grossi has held several management positions since joining OpenLink in 1998. During his tenure, he has managed various business, support, development and operational teams focusing on end-user satisfaction and operational efficiencies.

In the first few years at OpenLink, Mr. Grossi worked heavily on client-driven development projects crossing various areas throughout OpenLink's product suites. As a development manager, he oversaw various technology teams aimed at improving product functionality and system technology. 

Mr. Grossi spent the next 9 years overseeing Global Operations, working closely with sales, services, systems and finance teams to ensure operational effectiveness across the organization. His responsibilities also included managing and improving sales, services and process operations, business systems, resource management and support of internal staff and OpenLink's global client base. 

In his current role Mr. Grossi manages OpenLink's product suites, driving Product Management and Engineering, ensuring that OpenLink's products align to market needs and are developed to maximize end user satisfaction. In this role, Mr. Grossi manages all aspects of the product including Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Support, Documentation, Training and Release Management. He oversees the product technology, architecture and roadmap of all OpenLink products.

Prior to joining OpenLink, Mr. Grossi worked as a VP of Development at KWI, where he was responsible for technical management of internal software applications for a variety of dedicated clients.

CFO

Brad Jewett joined OpenLink as Chief Financial Officer in June 2015. Mr. Jewett is an experienced executive in the field of finance and risk management.

Over the span of his career, Mr. Jewett has successfully implemented and led the Enterprise Risk Management programs at both Microsoft and BMC Software, providing the Board of Directors of both companies with valuable insights and oversight to the most material risks facing these leading, high-tech organizations. Mr. Jewett has also managed a $1B business as a business unit CFO, and has most recently helped transition BMC Software from a NASDAQ-listed company to a private organization owned by a private equity firm.

El Sr. Knowles trabaja en OpenLink desde 1996 para administrar las actividades de investigación y desarrollo de la compañía, asesorar en el desarrollo de negocios e iniciativas de ventas y trabajar en estrecho contacto con los clientes relacionados con compromisos estratégicos claves. A medida que la organización crecía, el Sr. Knowles asumió la total responsabilidad de los elementos de riesgo y analíticos de los conjuntos de soluciones de OpenLink. En el año 2007, sus responsabilidades se ampliaron para incluir la propiedad comercial de la línea de productos Findur.  Como arquitecto jefe de la funcionalidad de transacciones financieras y de riesgo de OpenLink, el Sr. Knowles sigue cumpliendo un rol activo en el desarrollo y diseño de software, así como también en la entrega de soporte para las necesidades de los clientes e iniciativas de ventas. Scott Kurtz is Executive Vice President, Professional Services. He joined OpenLink three years ago and has led the revitalization of our professional services business for Americas Energy and Commodities.

Prior to joining OpenLink, Mr. Kurtz worked as Vice President of Professional Services for Amphora’s American operations, and as Vice President of Finance at SunGard Consulting Services where he was responsible for managing the financial and internal operations of the business. He began his career in banking, spent time at Accenture consulting in the financial services and energy industries, and has extensive experience in managing the operations of large complex organizations.

Mr. Kurtz holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Matt Lehto

MATT LEHTO

Senior Vice President, Sales Americas

Matt Lehto has held several senior management positions since joining OpenLink in April 2012. From 2012 – 2014, he was responsible for all energy and commodities marketing, sales and client management operations across North America. From 2015 to present, his responsibilities expanded to cover all marketing, sales and client management operations across the Americas for energy, commodities, treasury and financial services.

Prior to joining OpenLink, Matt worked at SunGard (now FIS Global) where he led global clients and sales operations from 2009-2012, led global client solution sales from 2003-2007, and then from 1998-2003, when he co-founded the company’s consulting services business.  Matt started his career at Ernst & Young as a management consultant focused on technology in 1995.

Matt has both an MBA in Finance and a B.S. in Economics and Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Scott Rompala

SCOTT ROMPALA

Senior Vice President, Cloud Solutions Group

Scott Rompala joined OpenLink on September 6, 2016 as global head of the Cloud Solutions. A financial markets business executive, Scott has led financial data and technology firms, consulting firms and major financial institutions through turnarounds and complex initiatives for over 20 years. He excels at taking businesses and their data, technology and knowledge assets and executing on new ways to maximize revenue and margin. His background bridges the gap between technology and business with a specialty in business data monetization.

Most recently, Mr. Rompala was the Global Head of New Business Development at Bloomberg L.P., where he launched innovative digital data products to address critical risk, regulatory and operations problems.  Mr. Rompala previously held senior management roles at EY, m.a. partners, and AON/McLagan.

Scott holds an MBA in Finance from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
